b) SX Media Ltd will provide sales, marketing and promotion for SportTrades.co.uk unless SXM Ltd appoint an agent to operate on their behalf.c) No information or details may be used from this website without agreement from SportTrades.co.uk.

a)
Advertising appearing around Home Page, Main Pages (e.g. Your Sport), Main Page Sub-Sections and Club Information pages are to be known as ‘Advertising Surrounds’ and are the sole property of SX Media.
b) Any Revenue generated by the sale of spaces on ‘Advertising Surrounds’ is that of SX Media unless otherwise agreed. 

3.
a) Prices of Advertising and Services may vary, the price upon agreement between SX Media and the Client is final.
b) Once Contracts have been finalised and Adverts are visible on site, there will be no refund.
c) Advertisements will be placed into the agreed section, however, exact positioning can be requested but not guaranteed.

4.
a) Adverts will only appear on this website upon receipt and clearance of full payment.
b) Payments are made by cheque payable to SX Media Ltd.

5.
Advertisement on this website are valid for 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.

6.
a) To renew an advertisement/link a pro forma invoice will be issued and emailed to the client 30 days prior to the agreements expiry.
b) To renew your advertisement/link follow instructions on the invoice.
c) If no instruction on how you wish to proceed has been received 7 days prior to expiry date, the space will return to general sale.
d) If no further notification of your intentions for your advertisement/link has been received upon the expiry date, the advertisement/link will be automatically deleted from the website.
